ASA RISE – The Funder’s Perspective

As our society becomes increasingly older and the number of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, People of Color (BILPOC), and LGBTQ+ older people rises at the same time, it is imperative to prioritize leadership development and mentoring initiatives designed for BILPOC leaders. RRF is one of many proud supporters of the ASA RISE program. We share the reasons why we support the program in this short video, as well as this essay by RRF Senior Program Officer, Serena Worthington.
