Announcing Our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan

RRF Foundation for Aging is pleased to announce its 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, which will guide the Foundation’s grantmaking focus and active engagement over the next five years.

This plan is the culmination of a comprehensive planning process that considered insights from many internal and external stakeholders.

We are proud to have created the plan after a year of inclusive planning that engaged with a wide range of stakeholders — not just staff and Board, but many others from grantees to older adults with lived expertise, and from long-standing partners within the field of aging to new and emerging voices outside of the field.

The strategic direction that resulted from this inclusive planning process reaffirms our mission and values with sensitivity to challenges and opportunities that will inevitably arise from the ever-changing landscape that surrounds our work.

We are deeply rooted in our commitment to improving the quality of life of older people, and will stay the course. RRF Foundation for Aging, along with our dedicated partners, continues to build momentum toward our vision of a more age-inclusive society, one in which ALL older adults are valued and can thrive.

Thank you for your support of this work. Find details about our solution-oriented grantmaking approaches, updated priority areas and cross-cutting themes in the RRF 2026-2030 Strategic Direction Overview.
