A Heartfelt Farewell to Julie Kaufman …
RRF extends its gratitude to Julie Kaufman, Ph.D., for nearly two decades of service. Julie joined the Foundation in 2001 and served as Senior Program Officer until her retirement on August 31, 2019. During her tenure, Julie was responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of RRF’s grant review process.
In addition, Julie provided advice and guidance to grant seekers, managed and monitored a portfolio of complex and technical grants, and represented RRF at local, state, and national meetings.
We wish Julie all the best in this new chapter of her life!
…and a Warm Welcome to Anne Posner!
RRF is pleased to welcome Anne Posner to its staff. Anne comes to the Foundation from Chicago’s Department of Public Health where she worked as the Director of Health Equity and Strategic Partnerships, overseeing the Healthy Chicago 2.0 initiative. She previously served as the Associate Vice President of Senior Services for Catholic Charities of Chicago and as the Director of Programs for AgeOptions.
Anne graduated from Carleton College and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration. Anne’s prior experience in the field of aging and more than 15 years in the social services arena will inform her work as a Program Officer at RRF.
RRF is delighted to have Anne on staff and looks forward to her contributions.
