Ashburn Lutheran Church's Wisdom is Ageless program nurtures relationships between older adults and children in the church's school. This two-year Congregation Connection Program (CCP) grant supported the Partnership for Ministry with Seniors. This joint initiative of the Chicago Metropolitan Synod of the ELCA, the Illinois Conference of the UCC, and Congregational Health Partnerships of Advocate Health Care successfully developed holistic older adult ministry programs in congregations.
