Axelson Center for Nonprofit Management
announces Fall Workshop and Webinar Series
From September 21 through December 7, workshop sessions covering an array of relevant topics for effective Nonprofit Management will be offered by the Axelson Center. The Webinar Series will run from Fall 2011 to Spring 2012.
Workshop topics will include:
- The Essentials of Grant Writing;
- Program Evaluation for Greater Impact;
- Effective Staff Supervision;
- Strategies to Build a Better Board;
- “What If” Financial Planning;
- Succession Planning;
- Strategic Planning; and
- Social Media.

Special Note: Axelson Center has generously agreed to continue the workshop discount for RRF grantees.
