RRF’s new Flexible OCB Funds offer two forms of assistance to eligible nonprofits serving older adults in Chicagoland:
- OCB Readiness Assessments: Enabling the nonprofit to engage an organizational consultant to help prioritize capacity-building opportunities and identify the best first step(s) toward improved organizational capacity.
- OCB Targeted Consultations: Helping nonprofits make use of technical assistance consultations for addressing short-term issues related to human resources, legal issues, budgeting, accounting, etc.
